The house is located in a quiet and beautiful place, on the territory of the national park Smolenskoye Poozerye. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are lakes Rytoe and Chistik, virgin forests, a variety of wildlife.
In the vicinity of Lake Rytoe there is an ecological hiking trail “Visiting the Beavers” with an observation deck on The Rotten Lake.
