Its building and the surrounding park are recognized as a monument of landscape architecture of the 19th century. The sanatorium was opened on the site of the former estate of Princess Gagarina in 1929 and occupied an area of 9 hectares. The complex consists of 4 residential buildings, a medical center, an administrative building with a dining room. Meals 3 meals a day complex.
