Central Beach
The pebble-sand beach of Arkhipo-Osipovka occupies an area of about 800 m with a width of about 30 m. It is ideal for a family holiday, because it has a smooth entrance to the water and a sandy bottom. Entrance to the beach is free and at the same time there is everything for a comfortable stay: drinking fountains, composting toilets, showers and changing cabins, as well as luggage storage and rental of all kinds of beach equipment. It offers beachgoers riding on catamarans and jet skis water attractions “tablet” and “banana”, and other entertainment. Throughout the coast you can find various gastronomic establishments, souvenir shops and shops with beach attributes.
Museum Complex “Mikhailovskoye Fortification”
This is a Russian citadel, built in 1837 during the Caucasian War. In March 1840, the army of the highlanders attacked the fortress and the garrison in order not to surrender to the enemy, decided to blow up the warehouse with gunpowder together with themselves. The terrible mission was undertaken by Private of the I Grenadier Company Arkhip Osipov. His feat decided the outcome of the battle in favor of the Russians. Since A. Osipov did not have a family, Emperor Nicholas I ordered to leave the private forever in the company’s lists. Years later, at the suggestion of his son Nicholas I, a commemorative cast-iron cross was erected – a memorial to the Russian soldier. And even later in 1889, the village was renamed Arkhipo-Osipovka. Now within the walls of the citadel sheltered the historical and local lore museum complex, which meets both individual visitors and excursion groups. The expositions reveal the history of the entire Krasnodar Territory from the Paleolithic to the present day – a total of 6 exhibitions. On the territory of the complex there is a café with Russian cuisine.
Parasailing
These are parachute flights over the sea. In Arkhipo-Osipovka there is a very popular entertainment, which only adrenaline lovers decide on. Before the start of the flight, the “parachutist” is tied by a cable to the boat. And with the help of a special parachute “hovers” in the wake of the transport. Up to three people can fly under the parachute. The air journey lasts about 10 minutes. All “parachutists” before the flight undergo detailed instruction and dress in a life jacket. The entertainment is quite safe, and the sensations of it are unforgettable.
Dinosaur Planet Park
Especially for tourists of Arkhipo-Osipovka, tired of a beach holiday, in 2018 an entertainment dinopark “Planet of Dinosaurs” was created. The unusually decorated complex is spread over the territory of more than 1 hectare and is able to immerse guests in the world of prehistoric reptiles, giving unforgettable sensations and leaving vivid memories. The complex contains 40 huge realistic moving layouts equipped with audio effects. Reptiles are surrounded by various exotic shrubs and palm trees. Crocodile Farm
One of the most popular tourist attractions of Arkhipo-Osipovka, because in this place without fear for life you can get acquainted with dangerous reptiles. The farm, located on an area of 200 square meters. m. was opened in 2010. Its main inhabitants are crocodiles of different species. Predatory reptiles live in comfortable enclosures. On the farm you can see not only crocodiles, but also other, no less interesting animals: turtles, iguanas, snakes, etc. The farm is interesting to visit as part of the tour, as the guide will tell you detailed informative information about the features and life of each inhabitant. Inal Bay
A picturesque bay that attracts tourists not only from all corners of our country, but also from all over the world. A large number of vacationers go to soak up in the azure waters of the Black Sea coast. The beach here is wide and long, so there is enough space for everyone even in high season. The sea is calm, and the entrance to the water is gentle and made of small pebbles. The village of the same name is completely surrounded by coniferous trees, which create a specific microclimate and healing air that helps strengthen the immune system. Inal is also famous for its lakes with healing clay. In the bay you can rent water skis or aquabikes. Nearby there are cafes and restaurants, as well as souvenir shops. In the evening, there is also a disco bar.
Museum of Cosmonautics
The museum, opened in 2016, where you can feel the unique atmosphere of space sciences and modern achievements. Its exposition, which acquaints visitors with the history of Russian cosmonautics, has more than 1,000 items – these are real spacesuits, models of lunar rovers, launch vehicles and artificial satellites, books about space, historical documentation, etc. Here you can taste space food in tubes. And for children, fascinating master classes are held.
Quay
The embankment of Arkhipo-Osipovka is small, about 700 meters, but beautiful and well-groomed, paved with paving slabs. From the beach it is separated by snow-white balusters, emphasizing the beauty of this wonderful place. The embankment is divided into the eastern part, running from the Teshebs River to Pogranichnaya Street and the western part – from Pogranichnaya Street to the Voulan River. During the holiday season, you can see live “sculptures” on the embankment, visit gastronomic establishments, nightclubs and discos, shops and attractions, admire the beautiful flower beds and fountains, and enjoy live music. The park area of the embankment leads holidaymakers to the monument to Yu.A. Gagarin. And the embankment ends almost at the foot of Mount Hedgehog, having climbed over which you can get to the wild beach.
Coconut Paradise Water Park
The aqua complex is located near the malibu entertainment center literally on the Central Beach of Arkhipo-Osipovka. It is an ideal place for a family pastime. For adults there are 3 downhill slopes. For children – a swimming pool and a play area with animators, next to which sun loungers are exhibited. While children are entertained, adults can relax peacefully. The food court of the water park is represented by a small but cozy cafe. It is interesting that with the onset of night, the water park turns into a popular nightclub with an enchanting show, erotic dances and delicious cocktails.
Dolphinarium
A wonderful place for a summer holiday, where you can get a lot of positive emotions. The dolphinarium in Arkhipo-Osipovka was opened in 2006. On the “stage” of the water theater there are Black Sea bottlenose dolphins and fur seals. Dolphins are good-hearted and very intelligent mammals. They can transmit their positive energy to people, eliminating depression and other ailments. That is why swimming with dolphins is considered incredibly useful. The show program of the Maritime Theater is aimed at an audience of all ages. Artists sing, dance, show acrobatic tricks and draw. After the show, you can take pictures or swim with dolphins. The aquatheater is located at the mouths of the rivers Teshebs and Vulan almost on the beach of Arkhipo-Osipovka. Since the dolphinarium is located in the open air, performances here are held only in the warm season.
Museum of Bread and Wine
A small but cozy museum, began its activities in 2010. The old mill housed two halls under its roof. During the tour, you can get informative information about the technologies for making bakery products and wine products and see the items with which they are prepared. The museum also presents the tools of farmers: cultivators, hoes, sickles, etc. The museum is interactive – this means that everyone can participate in master classes and melt a Russian oven, grind wheat or bake bread for themselves. Tesheb (Gebius) waterfalls
Any vacationer in Arkhipo-Osipovka should definitely visit this place. There are waterfalls 6 km from “Arkhipka”. There are 7 waterfalls in total, however, high (13, 15 and 16 meters) only 3 – Grotto, Devil’s Mouth, and Cord. Small waterfalls, less than 3 m high, almost do not attract the attention of visitors. The tourist trail to the waterfalls is good and convenient even for travelers who do not like hiking: with markings, equipped with pedestrian bridges, metal stairs with handrails and parking lots for recreation. Near the waterfalls there is a barbecue and a café, as well as a souvenir shop.
Malibu Park
You can find a park near the Central Beach of Arkhipo-Osipovka. On the huge territory of the complex, decorated with exotic greenery, you can find entertainment for every taste. “Malibu” has a developed infrastructure: a water park, a 32-meter Ferris wheel, a children’s attraction zone, nightclubs, trampolines, extreme attractions for adults, various gastronomic establishments and shops, as well as a 5D cinema.
Oceanarium
Any oceanarium enjoys increased interest among tourists. Arkhipo-Osipovka also has its own oceanarium. Despite its small size, it allows visitors to immerse themselves in the mysterious world of the sea. In huge aquariums, all the diversity of the sea kingdom is collected: different species of fish, sharks, starfish, snails, hedgehog fish, piranhas and other marine life. All aquariums are equipped with detailed information plates. Of great interest to the guests of the aquarium is the aquarium in the form of an old “Zaporozhets”, as well as feeding sharks. The oceanarium is equipped with an innovative lighting system and acoustics, which creates a special atmosphere of mystery and complete immersion in the underwater world.
Roman Tower
The historical object is located on the bank of the Vulan River near Arkhipo-Osipovka. The tower was erected in 58 – 68 years of limestone slabs and clay. It is assumed that the ancient structure had a height of 4 m. Unfortunately, now the remains of the tower rise only 1 m. Scientists suggest that once the Roman legions, who stood in this place, put it up as a watchtower or customs tower, but leaving it, burned and destroyed the remains, and took everything valuable with them. Not far from the building there is a museum where you can see objects found during the excavations of the Roman structure. The museum and the tower are best visited accompanied by a guide who tells its history in detail.
Amusement Park “Sea of Miracles”
Like many other attractions, the park is located on the embankment of Arkhipo-Osipovka. Its peculiarity is illusion attractions. It offers visitors 5 play areas. “Giant’s House”, where all household items exceed the standard sizes tenfold. “Museum of Illusions” – here you can see unusual photos, fly in a balloon or raft along a stormy river, etc. “Labyrinth of Fear” is the habitat of horror stories: vampires, werewolves, witches and guides, who strive to scare visitors. “Prison Break” is a difficult quest with an incredible number of puzzles and obstacles. “Mirror maze” – the name speaks for itself. Professional animators accompanying the guests of the complex will not let you get bored for a minute. “Sea of Miracles” is an opportunity to have fun and diversify your trip.
Terrenkur
Otherwise called the path of health. The terrenkur in Arkhipo-Osipovka is a comfortable route with landscaped viewing areas and direction signs. The healing trail climbs uphill, at first smoothly, and then more and more sharply. The health course passes among coniferous trees that fill the air with healing properties. It is made so that vacationers can get light physical activity when climbing, while strengthening the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. The total length of the Arkhipo-Osipov terrenkur is about 9 km. However, only hardy tourists are able to overcome such a distance. The bulk of vacationers prefer to overcome only half the way. You can overcome various routes that will differ in their complexity. One of them goes to the sea, choosing it you can see another attraction – a suspension bridge over the Wulan River.
Dolmens
Dolmens are structures made of huge stone slabs, visually resembling low houses with a round window. Arkhipo-Osipovka also has its own dolmens. Here you can find free-standing dolmens or groups of dolmens. There is also a great concentration of them. It has 50 dolmens in one territory. You can find structures with petroglyphs carved on them. Often these are symbols of the sun, earth, water and moon. Interestingly, dolmens have an age equal to the age of the Egyptian pyramids. Not far from the dolmens you can find eateries where you can have a snack after the trip.
House upside down
An unusual house is located in the center of Arkhipo-Osipovka. The building is small, about 100 square meters. m. However, it contains 2 floors with ordinary rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The house is original in that at the base of its roof and all the objects in it are located upside down. Therefore, guests of the house are forced to move along the ceiling, and a tour of it begins with the roof, and ends with a garage with a real car located on its second floor. Another highlight of the strange house is its construction at an angle of 15 degrees. Thus, the illusion is created that the “ceiling” runs away from under your feet. However, it is absolutely safe to be in the house, since it is built in accordance with all GOSTs.
Tract Pine Gap
A unique place with relict trees is located near Arkhipo-Osipovka, stretching for 4 km almost from the village to the Black Sea. First of all, the forest attracts tourists with its air, saturated with the unique aromas of ancient giant trees and herbs. The amazing forest covers an area of about 700 hectares. Most of it is occupied by Crimean pines, in addition to them there are oaks, hornbeams, ash trees and other trees, as well as juniper shrubs and a grove of swamp cypress.
