Located just 100 meters from the slope, there is a lift right next to the house. All guests are given 2 magnetic cards (ski-pass) at the entrance, allowing them to move freely on the lifts. The rooms have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace or balcony. The rooms have modern appliances and furniture, in particular – a flat-screen TV. At the same time, the houses look atmospheric – in Finnish.
The main advantage is a convenient location that allows you to quickly get to the slope. Near this place (about 5 minutes walk) bars and restaurants with traditional cuisine, also nearby there is an exhibition center and a spa. Guests can easily and quickly reach the airport, 12 km away.
For smokers there is a significant disadvantage – on the territory of Alpine Chalets,and even more so – in the rooms, it is strictly forbidden to appear with a cigarette. But the building is always warm, no matter what the temperature is outside. During the peak ski season in the west of Lapland it is cold, so good and regular heating for tourists is a significant plus.
Among the shortcomings should be noted:
- there is no registration desk (a letter with instructions is sent by the administration of the guesthouse to each client);
- it is necessary to buy bed linen / towels (in some periods – from mid-December to January 2 and from February 18 to mid-April 2018 you can get free);
- you need to clean yourself or pay for it (free cleaning is available in the periods from October 29, 2017 to May 6, 2018);
- prohibition of keeping pets. All customers have access to Wi-Fi, cable TV.
The staff speaks English. There are cutlery, cleaning products and other household trifles, up to toilet paper. Each tenant has a separate entrance, his own apartment in the building. A sauna is also available for all guests.

Transport can be rented at the rental centre: bicycles and cars. For a fee, you can book a trip (transfer) to any point, in particular to the airport.
The houses are perfectly heated, the rooms are always warm and comfortable. The apartments are stylishly decorated inside and out. As a finish, mainly wood is used, so the houses look cozy. There are living rooms with a fireplace, modern kitchens with all necessary appliances.
