The history of the balneological resort is connected with the extinct volcano Tizdar. This is the main peak of the Golubitskaya ridge, as well as a deposit of blue clay. It offers 110 rooms located in 4 comfortable buildings. The rooms are decorated in classic European style. Comfortable beds, high-quality furniture are installed. From household appliances in the presence of TV, split-system, mini-refrigerator, telephone for intercom. There is a safe for documents, valuables, laptops. The area of the room is much higher than the usual hotel rooms. This is done for the convenience of vacationers and the ability to freely put an extra bed, without restricting the movement of guests. - Superior (from 16 to 25 sq. m.) – one room with a capacity of 1-2 people. Depending on the square footage of the room (they are different in the buildings), it is possible to install an additional bed for a child or adult.
- Junior Suite (35-40 sq. m.) is a classic one-room suite for a comfortable stay of 3 people.
- Deluxe (45 sq. m) – two-room suite for 1-2 people or a family with two children. In the living room there is a bar counter with dishes, a dining table, a kettle. There is a private terrace.

The mud volcano Tizdar itself is a major local attraction. The last time it erupted was more than 100 years ago. Then the conical mountain lost its peak, and a lake with blue clay with a diameter of 25 meters was formed in the crater.
At the entrance to the village of Peresyp is an entertainment complex “Poseidon”. In addition to access to the mud lake (which is also available in the hotel), the Oceanarium is equipped here. In the village of Taman is the House-Museum of M.Yu. Lermontov. These are two small Cossack mazanks covered with a reed roof. The exhibits tell about the three-day stay of the poet on Taman, as well as about his life and work.
