Location and history
For the construction of the hotel was chosen a hill surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains. It opened on December 15, 2016. It was created by an individual entrepreneur, a man in love with his land Konstantin Khomutov. Its concept is to show all the advantages of the ski resort in conjunction with the natural gifts that Krasnaya Polyana Zemlya generously endowed. There is a garden around the house, and yoga and relaxation are available on the outdoor terrace throughout the year.
Free parking is available on site. Guests arriving by car do not have to worry about their transport. The parking lot is under constant guard. The hotel can be reached by public transport. From the airport and railway station there are buses No. 105, 135 (stop “Gorki Gorod”). Discounts are available for children. A child under 4 years of age is accepted free of charge. At the same time, he can sleep both with his parents and on a crib. For older children, when providing an extra bed, a fee of 1000 rubles. per night is charged (the price is current for December [y]). Only one cot can be installed in the room.
Guests note good sound insulation. Ironing rooms are available on each floor. A drinking regime is provided, water coolers are installed. There is no elevator, so cozy rooms in the attic should be booked by those who are ready every day several times to go down and climb to the 4th floor on foot. There is also no luggage lifting service. Although the owners give advertising on the site that all rooms offer a view of the mountains, but some windows overlook the neighboring hotel, and behind it you can see the mountain Caucasus.
