Guest house “Byzantium+” in Divnomorsky is in demand among tourists coming to the Black Sea coast on their own. The hotel provides free parking spaces and a private shuttle service for guests arriving at Gelendzhik Airport, 13 km away. The village is connected with the resort city by bus. The company owns two guest houses “Byzantium” and “Byzantium+”. Holidaymakers choose the second option, mainly due to the fact that it has a swimming pool. Otherwise, both houses are similar to each other. Both feature fashionable rooms with a claim to luxury. Both are close to the beach. Not far from the “Byzantium plus” flows the Mezyb River – a favorite place for summer fishing and walks along the Embankment.
The owners built both guest houses, giving them special advantages over each other. Hotel Byzantium+ is located closer to the center of the village and its main infrastructure. The complex is a two-storey building with a courtyard, swimming pool, parking. There is also a bar and a small garden.

To accommodate guests, 10 rooms are available. Each has a bathroom with shower. The case has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is included in the price.
Pay attention! Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. For this there are specially designated places.
The entire number of rooms is divided into 4 categories of comfort:
- Standard (14 sq. m)- there are 4 rooms located on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a common balcony (on the ground floor there is a terrace). The maximum number of guests is 2 people. A refrigerator is provided for food and beverage storage. Air conditioning is provided.
- Triple standard (18 sq. m) – a one-room suite with furniture made antique. There is a double bed and a single bed. From the rooms there is an exit to a common balcony and a terrace with outdoor furniture.
- Family two-room “Comfort” (28 sq. m.) can accommodate up to 5 people. Ideal for families with two or more children, small companies.
- Deluxe Quadruple (27 sq. m.) consists of 2 rooms. It can accommodate 4 people. Two beds are in the bedroom, for two more there is a wide sliding sofa in the living room.
Check-out time – 10.00, check-in time – 12.00. The hotel accepts pets, payment for their accommodation is negotiated when booking a room.
Meals and restaurants
Shared kitchens are available on each floor. This allows you to cook your own meals, drink tea at any time of the day, do not rush for lunch or dinner under the “full board” program. At the same time, there is a home-cooked café on site. The cook prepares the usual dishes for any person.
The owners also provide the opportunity to make barbecues in the courtyard of the hotel. There is a barbecue grill, barbecue, table, benches. Accessories for the grill can be taken from the administrator. Guests willingly use the service. They have fun parties with charcoal cooked fish, vegetables and meat, swimming in the pool and building improvisational discos.

Authentic café “Kurenek” pleases guests with Russian watery cuisine and rustic interior. The chef is a true professional in his field. He cooks great pancakes, borscht, can please and kebab or baked fish.

Divnomorskoye is quite a large village, so there are enough entertainment facilities here. The most visited of them is the water park “Poseidon”. It is located next to the beach area at the very beginning of Lenin Street. In size, it is significantly inferior to its counterparts in Gelendzhik or Anapa, but it is quite suitable for a variety of leisure. There is an adult and children’s area, several slides, a shallow pool.
In summer, the Amusement Park is open. It has a Ferris wheel, a circuit, trampolines, mirror maze. Another amusement park is located on the territory of the boarding house “Energetik”. Byzantium+ Hotel is 400 metres from Divnodicy Beach. It is better known as nudist, but families with children also rest there. The territory is conditionally divided into two zones: for nudity and people in swimsuits. The sea here is the cleanest. Coating – large pebbles. It is advisable to take with you shoes for movement on stones and bathing. On the beach there is an aerarium, shaded canopies, a picnic area and barbecue rentals.
If there is no desire to embarrass children with naked uncles and aunts, then you can go to the Central Beach. It stretches along the Embankment from the boat station to the confluence of the Mezyb into the sea. It is recommended to come here by 10 am, as then it will be difficult to find a free sunbed or a shade canopy. Entrance to the territory is free. Coating – pebbles. If you are too lazy to go somewhere, you can stay in the guest house. In the yard there is a two-level swimming pool with a children’s bowl. Its length is 24 m, width 6.5 m, depth 1 m 40 cm (for children 60 cm). The lounge area is equipped with sun loungers with parasols. From the pool you can directly access the café or go to the grill. In the evenings, the bowl is beautifully illuminated. Access is free.
More information! The swimming pool is only open in summer. In October, the bowl is canned until the next season.

The guest house accepts children from 2 years old. Kids up to 5 years old stay free of charge without a separate bed. A modern playground is available on site. In family rooms, electrical outlets are protected by special caps. A baby stroller can be taken at an additional cost. The microclimate in the rooms is adjusted with the help of air conditioning.
