The 3-star Gala Alpik Hotel is located on a mountainside in Esto Sadok. The building is built in the style of an alpine chalet. A convenient asphalted entrance leads to the entrance. Location and history

The hotel is 45 km from Sochi International Airport. The journey time by taxi is 45 minutes, by public transport a little longer. The style of the mountain chalet was not chosen by chance. The building was built in the heart of the all-season resort area of Krasnaya Polyana – Gorki Gorod. Here everything is within walking distance: lifts, ski rental points are located right in the hotel, the casino is only 200 meters away, the Shopping center “Gorki Mall” with its shops, markets, souvenir shops and entertainment venues.

A good location guarantees vacationers a variety of leisure. In addition, you can always go to Sochi to stroll through the streets of the city or go to the beach (in the summer season). Bus stops are nearby, and the administrator will always tell you how best to get to a particular place. Cable cars make it easy to reach the Olympic Village and take advantage of its leisure facilities. To accommodate guests prepared 44 rooms with all amenities in two buildings. Rooms include the following types of hotel rooms:

  1. Standard (18 sq.m) – designed for resettlement of 1 or 2 people. On request, 1 or 2 beds can be installed.
  2. Studio (28 sq.m) may well accommodate up to 3 guests. In addition to beds, there is a comfortable sopha. These rooms have a mini fridge and a safety deposit box.
  3. Suite (38 km.m) consists of two rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there is a sofa, which can also become extra beds for two people. Suites are designed for 2 – 4 guests. From the furniture here added coffee table, as well as provided a tea set.
  4. Deluxe (44 sq.m) also consists of two rooms. In the bedroom there is a large bed (king size), in the living room – a set of upholstered furniture, a dining table, comfortable armchairs for reading.

Children under 5 years old stay free of charge if they do not occupy a separate bed. Check-in starts at 14.00 and the estimated time is set at 12.00. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The hotel has conditions for the stay of people with disabilities on its territory. A special ramp is equipped, handrails are installed in the toilets. Meals and restaurants

A buffet breakfast is served daily for all guests. It is not included in the price. The price is fixed – 200 rubles (actual for December [y]). The breakfast room is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. during the winter season. The second hall of the restaurant is designed to serve guests on the menu. Restaurant “Cilanta” specializes in European, Caucasian and Georgian cuisine, opens its fireplace room for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The menu of the restaurant is diverse, although so far there is not a very large choice. Guests note the cozy atmosphere, pleasant interior, fast service, reasonable prices. The average check per person will be 1000 rubles (actual for November [y]). If you do not like the food in the hotel restaurant, you can always go to another. Moreover, there are more than enough of them in the district.

Restaurant “Gostidze” is located nearby (Gornaya Karusel Street, 4). He specialises in Georgian cuisine and grilled dishes. Open from 10 am until the last guest. There is a specialized menu for vegetarians. The object belongs to the network of restaurants “Guests of the group”. This is a colorful institution representing all the splendor of Georgian culinary art. Very atmospheric place, a little expensive for a daily visit, but it is definitely worth a visit.

Restaurant “Guests +540” (Gornaya Karusel Street, 4) invites meat eaters. To create a pleasant atmosphere, panoramic windows are installed in the hall, an open terrace is equipped, a modern interior is created. Guests appreciate this place for its perfectly fried steaks and an excellent wine list, which features 50 wines from all over the world. The meat restaurant is decorated in the style of a mountain chalet pub.

Bar Sova v Drova Bar & Kitchen (4 Mountain Carousel Street) is a new institution that has become famous for European cuisine and special offers for vegans. Clear menu and wine list, fast service, hookah for dessert – the basic principles of this institution. At affordable prices, a comfortable stay on soft sofas is provided.

In addition to restaurants, near the shopping center “Gorki Mall” there are a large number of cafes, restaurants, kiosks with fast food, coffee shops and beer bars. You can organize your own meals and get acquainted with the offers of all local cuisines.

Leisure and entertainment

The hotel has all the conditions for rest after sports and active pastime. 400 meters from the entrance there is a lift “Carousel-1”. In one and a half kilometers there are three cable cars at once, rising to the ski areas “Laura” and “Alpika”. Hotel Gala Alpik offers ski passes for sale, storage of ski equipment, rental of sports equipment. Everything is located on the ground floor in the main building. During the winter season, a free shuttle service to Rosa Khutor Resort is provided.

Attention! You’ll have to get back on your own. There is also no transfer to the Black Sea beaches in the summer.

Lift Carousel-1 is directed to the ski infrastructure of the resort area “Mountain carousel”. The sports and tourist complex offers about a hundred types of entertainment, which can be divided into seasonal and year-round. In winter, 36 equipped (some with lighting) ski slopes are available here. They are all of different levels of difficulty. There are red, green, blue, black, as well as freeride areas.

Snowpark is located at an altitude of 2050 meters (ski area “Circus-2”). There are lines for beginners (pussline), a school of snowboarding and alpine skiing, springboards for experienced snowboarders. Installed figures for jibbing. Opening hours depend on the operation of the cable cars. The instructor of the freestyle school will teach park skiing and ski jumping. For freestyle classes, you need to be prepared mentally and physically, while remembering that only the snowboarder himself is responsible for the injuries received.

The freeride policy is as follows: today 6 zones have been determined – “Freeride”, “Fir”, “Mogul”, “Snow”, “Deja Vu” and “Pouder”. All tracks are marked. Avalanche sensors are regularly checked, the data is taken out on an electronic scoreboard in the area of the cable car station and stands installed by the resort partner. Free lectures are available for freeriders. Avalanche equipment and trekkers are rented. At a special training ground, training is conducted to acquire the skills of using avalanche sensors. The administration is not responsible for the life of the tourist, if he is outside the marked area.

There is no entertainment for children at the hotel. All entertainment venues are located at the resort. There are plenty of them:
