Pension “Burgas” is a modern three-star complex, located in a picturesque place on the Black Sea coast. The pension is located near the beach, on the territory of an amazing arboretum, within which rare subtropical plants grow. Resting in our pension you can swim in the gentle sea, take wellness courses and get acquainted with local attractions.
Not far from the pension there is a wonderful resort town with an oceanarium, dolphinarium, water park, nightclubs and other entertainment venues.
Infrastructure
The pension has two main seven-storey buildings and two small-rise buildings bordering the beach area. The buildings have beautiful and cozy rooms of different categories. All rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and cozy stay and rest of our guests.
Within the territory there are:
- sports and recreation complex;
- outdoor swimming pool;
- sports grounds for football and volleyball;
- sauna;
- massage and cosmetology rooms.
For business guests on the territory of the boarding house there are three conference rooms with modern multimedia equipment. In the boarding house you can successfully hold business meetings, forums and other events.
Our pension pays much attention to the rest of our youngest guests. For them, the boarding house has a children’s playground, there is a special area in the pool for children, there is a children’s club.
Beach & Pool
The luxurious beach of the pension stretches in length for 200 meters with a width of 15 meters. The shallow pebble beach is replete with sun loungers, excellent multi-colored umbrellas and snow-white shade canopies. The beach area is great for sunbathing. Right on the seashore there is an aerarium.
In addition to the beach holiday, our guests are offered water activities, including catamaran, “banana”, “tablet”. In addition, it is possible to make boat trips on a boat or on a yacht.
On the beach there is a beautiful volleyball court, as well as an outdoor sports ground with simulators. For the youngest vacationers there is a play area with a sandpit and swings, slides and attractions.
Pension “Burgas” has a heated outdoor swimming pool, where both adults and our little guests can have a good time. The pool is surrounded by majestic evergreen pine trees. Every vacationer can enjoy clean clear water of comfortable temperature from early morning until late evening. For our guests on the territory of the pool there is a bar with drinks, tennis tables, badminton. Sports equipment can also be rented.
On the territory of the swimming pool for the youngest guests there is a special children’s area with water attractions.
The pool is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Room stock
The pension is located in a picturesque corner near the shore. Warm sea, mountains and a perfectly mild climate predispose to a cozy and carefree holiday of our guests. “Burgas” has two magnificent and modern seven-storey buildings and two small-storey buildings. In each building there are two and one-room suites, equipped with everything necessary for a cozy and memorable holiday, including air conditioning systems, TVs, refrigerators, telephones, as well as furnished balconies and loggias. Our pension provides guests with easy access to the Global Network via free WiFi.
The first and second buildings of the boarding house have seven floors each and are built in the same architectural style. They are equipped with elevators. From the first to the third floors from all rooms there is an amazing view of the park area and the territory of the boarding house. Starting from the fourth floor, an excellent side view of the beach area and the Black Sea is additionally offered.
- In a cozy single room with a total area of 14 square meters there is one comfortable 1.5-bed bed and an extra bed – an armchair that easily folds into a bed. The whole furnishings of the room have a cozy and comfortable stay of our guests. In the evenings, you can arrange pleasant gatherings on the balcony, sitting on wicker furniture made of rattan. Single rooms on the ground floor have a total area of 19 square meters and do not have a balcony.
- Double room with a total area of 18 square meters has two comfortable single beds, which, if desired, can be combined into one double bed. There is also an extra bed – an armchair, which can be easily laid out in a bed. The excellent entourage of the room sets our guests up for an amazing and unforgettable stay. In the evenings, vacationers can spend time on the balcony, admiring the magnificent surrounding views. To do this, they have at their disposal comfortable modern furniture.
- Studio with an area of 33 sq.m. has two single beds, which, if desired, can be combined into one double bed. An extra bed is a sofa that can easily decompose into a sleeping bed. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by an elegant arch. In the room, the whole environment is conducive to relaxation.
- Comfortable two-room double suite with a total area of 43 sq. m. is equipped with a double bed and an extra bed – a sofa, which can be easily decomposed into a bed. The room also has two bathrooms. The brilliant decoration of the room offers a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests. Vacationers can spend a pleasant time on the balcony, sitting on comfortable and modern furniture, and admiring the magnificent surrounding landscapes.
- VIP-suite is a two-room suite with a loggia, with European comfort and home coziness. The room has a total area of 53 square meters has a double bed of Ring Size size, a large hall, two bathrooms. The whole situation has a real rest. The presence of a spacious and well-equipped loggia suggests a pleasant evening pastime. Sitting on comfortable rattan chairs, vacationers can contemplate and enjoy the amazing surrounding landscapes.
The fourth and fifth buildings have two floors each. All rooms offer amazing views of the beach area and the Black Sea.
- An amazing double room with a total area of 27.3 square meters has one double bed and an extra bed – an armchair that can easily decompose into a sleeping bed. The room has all the necessary conditions for a memorable holiday. Vacationers can have a good time on the balcony, admiring the sea, the bathing area and the beach.
- Double room with a balcony with a total area of 25 square meters has two single beds, which can be combined into one double bed. There is also an extra bed – an armchair that can easily decompose into a sleeping bed. The room will certainly appeal to vacationers with its magnificent decoration. In the evenings, vacationers can enjoy spending time on the balcony, admiring the magnificent beach area and the warm sea.
Food
For the full nutrition of vacationers on the territory of our pension there are a number of beautiful cafes, bars and a restaurant offering delicious and healthy dishes for our guests.
In the first building there is a restaurant-dining room. In the two-storey building delicious and healthy dishes are prepared. Products are delivered to the table of vacationers from local farms.
- Bar “Bari more” is located in the beach area next to the fifth building. The bar consists of a closed hall and an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and the superb beach. The bar offers vacationers a wide range of drinks and dishes on the grill. In the summer season, the bar serves guests from the fourth and fifth buildings according to the “buffet” system.
- Café “Ivushka” consists of a closed hall and an open terrace. Chefs “Ivushka” offer dishes of Russian, Caucasian and European cuisine. A wide range of different beverages is also available.
- The lobby bar is located in the lobby of the first building. Here, in a cozy atmosphere, you can sit with a cup of coffee and various desserts. The bar is decorated in a beautiful classic style.
- The open-air barbecue bar with beautiful palm trees is a wonderful place for pleasant gatherings. The bar is located near the entrance to the first building.
- The aqua bar is located next to the pension’s swimming pool and offers tea, coffee, soft drinks and various desserts.

At the reception, registration took only 2 minutes, immediately we were settled, the room is clean and cozy, the boarding house itself is generally a fairy tale! The beach is its own, I especially liked the passage to it, no traffic lights, and the noise insulation is fine, the trains did not strain at all. Special attention should be paid to the leisure program, everything is excellent: Zumba, yoga on the beach, and evening activities with a disco, just a class!
