The hotel was built in 2000 in a picturesque place of the Crimea at the foot of the volcano Kara-Dag. From the international airport of Simferopol here can be reached in an hour, and if you come to the Crimea by train, the station is only a 15-minute drive. The road to the nearest beach passes through a beautiful park and takes 10 minutes.

The bathroom is equipped with all accessories, towels and bed linen are changed regularly.
There is no safe in the rooms, but all valuables are stored in special boxes at the reception desk.

Even before arrival, you can book full board and do not worry about meals daily. A special diet menu is prepared for children, and it is not only healthy, but also diverse, will not bore the children.
Cafe-bar – the place is very cozy, guests note that the dishes are cooked at home deliciously, and also offer a large selection of drinks and local Crimean wines. Various celebrations and other events are often held here, the hall can accommodate up to 50 people at a time. The establishment is open to guests during the entire holiday season – from May to October.

Golden Gate
This is one of the most unique places not only in the Crimea, but also on the planet. Without a doubt, this is a symbol of Koktebel, and the entire peninsula. The Golden Gate is a rock that millions of years ago broke away from the Kara-Dag mountain range and moved into the sea. It is located between two villages Kurortnoye and Koktebel. Interestingly, the advancement of the rock in the sea, although the smallest, is now. Why is this natural miracle given such a name? In sunny weather, the golden color of the stone, unique in its shade, is very noticeable.
They say that this place is mystical: if you swim under the arch, then navigation and clock will often stop working, and you can hear someone’s moans. Karadag Nature Reserve
Located in the zone of a huge volcanic massif Kara – Dag, this is an ancient European extinct volcano. The history of the reserve began more than 100 years ago with the formation of the scientific station Vyazemsky. Scientists even then suggested that in its relief it is in no way inferior to the national park in the United States in Yellowstone. Karadag was given the status of a natural monument at the level of the republic, and this became very important for the preservation of unique flora and fauna. The territory of the reserve includes not only the land, but also the sea part, and in total occupies 3000 hectares.
Karadag – as a separate country. Here several types of rare forests replace each other, the flora is rich in more than 2500 species of plants, including endangered ones. And as many species of animals as it lives here, you are unlikely to see anywhere. The reserve is a unique place in Russia that needs to be protected.
In the sea waters you will meet a dolphin – a squirrel, a porpoine and a bottlenose dolphin. Over the waves fly crested cormorants, listed in the Red Book.
Koktebel water park
The water entertainment center was opened in 2007, and today it is the largest park on the east coast of Crimea. Cape Chameleon
Not far from the village, about 3 km away, there is another unique natural area, or rather an unusual cape. Judging by the name, its peculiarity is in the change of color in different weather and time of day. Its shape is also interesting, something that resembles a huge lizard with a crest on its back. Without a doubt, the cape is already very many years old, several thousand, and the shape was obtained thanks to ash deposits. With a thin crest, it goes into the sea and stands on the border of the Quiet Bay, and several centuries ago it was called Clay Rock. Its surface is covered with clay shales, which are so uniquely reflected in sunlight. So, in changing the color of the cape there is no mysticism, but only natural features of the soil, although in the fairy tale so I want to believe. People come here to Chameleon for therapeutic mud now, but it was already known in other countries in the 14th – 15th centuries: there are references to it in both ancient Russian and Italian maps.
The height of the cape is 62 m, and the length in the sea is more than 70 m. It is important to know that its maximum narrowing is only 2 meters. When visiting it, be sure to remember that the soil is loose, landslides can occur, the crest becomes thinner.
Factory of vintage wines and cognacs “Koktebel”
The production of wines in the Crimea was engaged in ancient centuries. Koktebel became known for its drinks in the 19th century, then a large industrial production began here. The modern plant was established in 1944, and over the years it owns 2200 hectares of vineyards. Now it is the largest production in the republic with a full cycle of processing of raw materials.
The products are successfully sold out all over the world and have already earned 170 medals for their high quality.
