Loved the time spent at the hotel. Very clean, attentive and helpful staff. Everything is at the highest level. The bad thing is that the windows of the room overlooked the courtyard, and the landscape was sad.

The historic, family-run Hotel Sacher Wien has a rich history and is a Viennese landmark in its own right. It all started in 1832, when Franz Sacher invented an amazing cake, the recipe of which is kept secret to this day, thereby making his name famous. In 1876, Franz’s son opened a hotel in the center of Vienna, where his wife Anna, who smoked cigars and always walked accompanied by a French bulldog, ran everything. It was she who managed to create a unique atmosphere in the Hotel Sacher Wien and make it popular all over the world.
Celebrities stay at the hotel all the time. At different times there were Indira Gandhi, Elizabeth II, John F. Kennedy, Angela Merkel.
The hotel is attentive to young guests. For them there is a children’s bathrobe, slippers, a bathing set, board games, a chair, bibs, a bottle warmer, a bed, and a lot of other necessary trifles.
Since the founder of the hotel bred French bulldogs, the modern owners provided a special service for pets. Dogs and cats receive blankets, towels, a bed and a bowl. The luxurious interior of the hotel’s 149 rooms includes antiques and its own collection of paintings.
Impeccable hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The guests are just royalty. Gorgeous location in the center. We’ll definitely be back.
Palais Coburg Residenz
The Palais Coburg Residenz was founded in 1545 as part of the fortifications. In the 1840s, Prince Ferdinand rebuilt it into a majestic palace. Here, in the middle of the XIX century, premieres of Strauss’s works took place. In 2003, the building was completely renovated. The hotel staff keeps the history of this amazing place, so on its territory there is a museum of fortress walls. Nearby are the Vienna City Opera, the Albertina and the park.
It features its own spa area, which includes a bath, sauna, hydromassage, a swimming pool with terrace and a conservatory. Massages, body wraps, aromatherapy can be booked. In the private garden, fitness training is available for everyone.
In the gourmet restaurant, which has two Michelin stars, the famous chef Silvio Nicole prepares author’s dishes. There is a private wine cellar. The interior and decoration of the hotel completely repeats the interior of the ancient palace. Some rooms have a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.
The hotel really gives the impression that you live in a real palace. Staff even conduct excursions. Everything is on top except breakfast. Very simple dishes.

New, beautiful hotel close to historical sights. Checked in the morning on arrival, did not have to wait 12.00. All rooms are sound insulation, however, against this background the refrigerator worked quite loudly.

The hotel is very well located, many attractions within walking distance. The room is cozy and clean. If the view from the window is not fundamental, you can not overpay for it, although then you will have to look at the wall of the neighboring building.

Rested in this hotel for several days with the child. Everything is at the highest level. I especially liked the spa. Of the minuses – expensive children’s menu and parking.
Hotel Bristol – A Luxury Collection Hotel
Hotel Bristol first opened its doors to guests more than 120 years ago. Since then, it has been reconstructed several times, but managed to preserve its historical appearance. Modern technical equipment of the hotel harmoniously fits into the luxurious Viennese interior. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel are many of Vienna’s attractions, as well as the main shopping street.
The hotel has a business centre where guests can use a computer and printer. The usual workout in the fitness room will be remembered for a long time, as it will be accompanied by a magnificent view of the Vienna Opera building.
The hotel’s restaurant is famous for its classic culinary masterpieces. In the warm season, meals are held on the terrace under the open sky, in cold weather, the winter garden room is used for this. A variety of drinks and cocktails can be enjoyed at the American bar.

Beautiful hotel with a century of history. We did not regret that we stayed in it. Nice staff and very plentiful delicious breakfasts.

The Viennese residence of the Duke of Württemberg was rebuilt by Emperor Franz Joseph in 1873 into the majestic Hotel Imperial. Since then, it is known worldwide for its impeccable service.
The hotel has its own wellness center, spa area, beauty salon, hairdresser, sauna, golf course. On the roof there is a fitness center.
The restaurant offers guests to taste delicious dishes, on which two chefs of the hotel worked. Breakfast with champagne is served in a real Viennese coffee shop. Here you can also try the famous Imperial cake, first taught at the opening of the hotel to Franz Joseph. Salon bar, stylized at the end of the XIX century, invites you to listen to live piano music, performed by young talented pianists and try branded drinks.
The rooms of the hotel have a truly royal atmosphere, able to conquer the most demanding guest. There are antiques everywhere, the walls are decorated with silk, in the bathrooms marble.
Magnificent hotel, deservedly considered one of the best. Very tasty food, helpful staff, beautiful interior. The internet was slow enough, but it wasn’t that important to us.
The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna
The historic Viennese ensemble of four palaces in 2012 became the five-star hotel The Ritz-Carlton. In the neighborhood there is a city park, a metro station, as well as many famous sights.

Stunningly beautiful hotel. Near museums and a park. Very good food in the restaurant, good selection of wines, attentive staff. It’s bad that there was no shower in our room.

There are 2 restaurants and 2 bars on site. In addition to the traditional Austrian menu, Japanese cuisine is widely represented. The bar serves a traditional Viennese or English afternoon tea ceremony. The hallmark of the hotel is the Grand Gugl hupf pie, which was served to Franz Joseph. The restaurant’s summer terrace is open from March to October.
