Alupka is a charming resort town 17 kilometers from Yalta. It is located at the foot of Mount Ai-Petri. People come here for a measured rest, walks through the Vorontsov Park and ancient streets. Location and history
The hotel was built in 2004. After 10 years it was completely reconstructed. As a result, living conditions have improved, new services have appeared in the service. The owners focused on conference services, event events, excursions, organization of transfer to any corner of the Crimea. On the territory there is a private parking, places for personal transport of guests on which are provided absolutely free of charge.
The inn enjoys a quiet, cosy location in a private, fenced area. It is located in close proximity to the places where landmark events are held: the Yalta Economic Forum, conferences in the halls of the Livadia Palace, the Eurasian Bridge Film Festival and other venues where exhibitions, forums and other professional events are held. Therefore, frequent guests of the villa are the participants of these events. Privacy, a beautiful viewpoint at the restaurant and excellent service have earned the trust of business people. The staff speaks 4 languages – English, German, Polish and Russian.
Important! The hotel has an absolutely transparent system of payment for services and meals. The administration will provide a full package of payment documents for the report in the accounting department. The number of rooms includes 14 rooms of different comfort categories. The building has three floors, there is no elevator. Each room must have a mini-bar, safe, air conditioning, kettle with utensils, TV. Comfort is complemented by large mirrors and paintings on the walls. The bathroom has bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer. Another feature is the presence of orthopedic mattresses on all beds. The owners genuinely care about the comfortable sleep of their guests.
For their stay in Alupka prepared the following rooms:
- Economy (11 sq. m) is located on the 1st floor. There is no balcony, the windows overlook the courtyard. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Extra bed is not provided. Bathroom with shower. Of the furniture there is a small hallway for outerwear and shoes, a wardrobe with large mirrors.
- Standard on the 1st floor (18 sq. m)) without a balcony, but with a view of the mountains. The room is decorated in a pleasant pastel range, there is a place for the installation of a folding bed or another bed. Several windows make the room brighter. The bathroom has a shower, dispensers for soap and gel, ordinary and magnifying mirrors.
- Standard 2nd floor (15 sq. m)) without the possibility of installing an extra bed. In the design there are bright decorative elements in the form of a large Chinese fan, colored upholstery of furniture, multi-colored textiles and paintings. Bathroom with window. It has a shower, a heated towel rail. Balcony shared with the next room, with tea drinking furniture.
- Standard 3rd floor (20 sq. m)) – two rooms of the attic type with beveled ceilings above the bed. The windows of one room overlook the sea, the second – to the mountains. It is possible to install an extra bed. Near the window there is a desk with a comfortable chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
- Comfort of the 2nd floor (36 sq. m.) belongs to the category “Junior Suite”. It is possible to install two extra beds (bed and folding bed). The balcony has summer furniture (table and folding chairs). They offer views of the sea or mountains.
- Comfort of the 3rd floor (36 sq. m.) of the junior suite category is designed for 2-4 guests. On the floor there is a common balcony with furniture, the exit to which is located in the common hall. Spacious room, bathroom with shower and window. The ceilings are slightly beveled, so the effect of an attic is created.
Services include cleaning, towel change, laundry and dry cleaning (for a fee). The caring staff will deliver food and drinks to your room upon reservation. The cost of the service should be clarified with the administrator. As of May 2021, the room service cost 200 rubles from one order.
Here they take with pets by agreement with the administration. There are restrictions on the weight of the animal, you need a vet passport, it is strictly forbidden to go with your pet to the restaurant. Breakfast can be taken to your room or use the room service.
Pay attention! The hotel often hosts promotions and discounts. But! When staying in the room no more than one day, you will have to pay 500 rubles.
Meals and restaurants
On the territory of the villa there is the best restaurant in Alupka. Oneira Tavern serves Mediterranean cuisine. Here everything is done by themselves up to baking fragrant bread with additives. The skill of the chefs was appreciated by guests of the whole coast. Therefore, the restaurant prepares food with delivery. The service area includes the territory from the village of Katsiveli to the village of Gaspra. A separate menu has been developed for the service.
Guests of the villa are offered a full breakfast included in the price. Meals must be selected from the list of breakfast menus. Some like this approach, some remain dissatisfied, as they have to make a choice between a dish of eggs and porridge.
“We rested in May 2021 and were completely dissatisfied with the approach of the owners to the organization of food. For women, such a breakfast will be complete, but men had to order additional dishes. The Tavern has a bar. The assortment includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, beer, snacks. A good collection of the Ronnefeld tea house is collected. These are elite varieties, collected by hand, with the addition of herbs, spices, fruits. The tea house has existed since 1823, has established traditions.
For those who are not satisfied with the prices for lunches and dinners in the Tavern, in the next house there is a “Delicious Dining Room”. This is a traditional catering establishment with a large selection of dishes at a budget cost. It works only in the summer, during the high season.
“Cafe Shahlychok” is located 300 meters from the villa and welcomes lovers of dishes cooked on coals. From the open verandas overlook the sea, visitors note the good service and delicious food.
In addition to the Oneiro Tavern, several interesting gastronomic restaurants deserve attention in Alupka. This is:

Leisure and entertainment
What to do at this hotel other than going to the restaurant and watching TV? Guests can enjoy a library, diving and sea fishing. In addition, the staff organizes excursions and transfers to any corner of the Crimea. Alupka has always been considered to some extent an elite resort. There are enough walks around the city to feel the joy of a good rest. So far, nothing has changed dramatically.
A cult place for night leisure is the club “Discovery”. This is the best dance floor where all the youth of the resort gathers. Another nightclub “Plasma” is designed for 150 seats. “Gentleman Club” was opened relatively recently, but has already gained popularity among guests of the city. On the shore there are discos “Barcelona” and “Côte d’Azur”.
For older people, a billiard club “At the Count’s Park”, 5 bath complexes, a tasting room in the wine cellars of Count Vorontsov are open. There are no cinemas and concert halls in Alupka. In addition to fishing and boat trips, you can book a bike tour or hiking on mountain trails.
More information! Alupka is still one of the most expensive resorts of the Southern coast of Crimea. At the prices for entertainment activities, excursions, classes with instructors in the diving club, it is in no way inferior to Yalta.
Beaches & Pools
The swimming pool in the hotel is not provided because of the obviously small area on which it is built. There is practically no yard. The entire interior space of the building is occupied by rooms and a restaurant. To the sea is actually 500 meters. For an additional fee, delivery by transport from / to the sea will be arranged. The beach is small-pebble, public. Sun loungers and other accessories should be rented. Towels are provided at the hotel. On the territory there are changing cabins, canopies, showers, toilet, a café. The sea is always clean and transparent, so diving is popular here. Other entertainment is almost non-existent.

Excursions are hardly the only worthy entertainment in Alupka. The hotel provides comprehensive assistance in organizing interesting tours accompanied by experienced guides. Acquaintance with local sights begins with the Vorontsov Palace.
This unique historical object was untouched by time and today is included in all tourist tours to the sights of the South Coast. The palace consists of five main buildings and auxiliary structures. The architecture is interesting because it completely repeats the contours of the mountains. The palace is surrounded by an amazingly beautiful park, which consists of the upper and lower tiers. At the top there is a swan pond – one of the most beautiful places in the vicinity. Below is a unique fountain, where everyone throws coins in the hope of returning here again.
After getting acquainted with the Vorontsov Palace, the tour can be continued by visiting:

Villa Oneiro is surrounded by a magnificent landscape. But a beautiful place does not mean that it will be convenient for everyone. No matter how beautiful Villa Oneiro is, it will be uncomfortable for elderly people, parents with small children to stay in it.
