- Duplex No. 103 (80 sq. m.) is a two-storey room with a sauna, a swimming pool and three rooms. It has a separate entrance from the street, so it is usually rented out at an hourly rate, like a regular sauna. It is ordered by both hotel guests and others who want to take a steam break in a cozy intimate atmosphere. A microwave oven is additionally installed from household appliances. On the ground floor there is a sauna, a swimming pool without heating, a bathroom with a shower. - Apartment No. 102 (60 sq. m.) is a two-room suite with a separate entrance from the street. The bedroom has a double bed. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. “Villa “Nikita”, in my opinion, one of the most expensive hotels in Sevastopol. It so happened that on the day of my arrival in the city, it was the only one in the center where there was a free place. I am a traveler and move around the Crimea in my car, so I did not plan to stop for the night in advance. But the circumstances developed in such a way that it was necessary to spend the night somewhere. I did not want to go to the outskirts of the city in search of lodging for the night. I stayed in “Nikita” and was pleasantly fascinated by the atmosphere of the hotel, comfort and silence. There was a place not for me, but also for my car. The hotel has a cosy buffet. The dining room is designed for 18 people. Breakfast is provided in the format of “order-menu”. The interior of the institution is so cozy that guests prefer to go down and have breakfast in the buffet than order food in the rooms.
