All villas have three separate exits – to the terrace with swimming pool, to the patio or to the underground parking. Depending on the category of the cottage, it will have three or four bedrooms. In addition, the villas have a separate entrance to the water park “Almond Grove”. - Villa Jasmine A – designed for 6 people. Total area 243 sq.m. For maximum comfort, the villa is equipped with modern furniture. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room. 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor and one on the third floor. The villa has access to a terrace. In the basement there is a garage for two cars.
- Villa Jasmine B – designed for 8 people. Square room 248 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a seating area. On the second and third floors there are two bedrooms each. There is also a garage for two cars.

The main restaurant of the complex is called “Almond Grove”, it is located on the first floor of the hotel “Aquapark”. Meals here are organized according to the buffet system. Thanks to an individual approach to all guests in the summer, they offer children’s, vegetarian and even dietary menus.
Another restaurant of the complex is called “Morskoy”. Works on the system “All inclusive”. In addition to standard dishes, you can taste delicious desserts, ice cream, pastries or enjoy a glass of fragrant wine. On the territory of the hotel complex there are several bars with soft drinks. Here you can safely go as a family for the whole day.
Fans of active pastime can go to play bowling or billiards. The bowling room includes 4 lanes, all the necessary equipment is provided. For those who even on vacation are accustomed to keep their body in good shape, the doors open the gym.
