Esto-Saduk is only 150 years old, but this does not mean that there are no earlier buildings preserved here. It is here that you can see the largest archaeological site in the area of the Krasnaya Polyana resort – the remains of the Achipse fortress. Since the VII century. the fortress repelled more than one onslaught of enemies. At that time, the outpost had high thick walls and watch towers with loopholes. The ruins preserved memories of the gold of the Scythians, and of the raids of the Cimmerians, and even of the clashes of pagans with Christians. Since then, many years have passed, the towers have collapsed, but in some places the remains of the fortress gates, gaps reminiscent of hot battles, as well as the foundation, door openings and particles of masonry made of stone and brick have been preserved.

Walking on it is pleasant at any time of the year. The route is quite simple. Joggers will appreciate the good pavement of the road, and those who prefer a leisurely walk will be able to fully enjoy the magnificent panorama opening at the “Mountain Carousel” and the Esto-Sadka station.
