My second time staying here; same room with comfortable bed, huge shower, and plenty of hot water. The family that owns this place is so warm and welcoming and the location is prime with easy walking distance to anywhere in Pamukkale - including lower gate for climbing the travertine up to the ancient city ruins of Hieropolis. It's my favorite place beyond Istanbul and I'll always stay at Hotel Pamukkale anytime I return to the area.

This is a small / family owned hotel. I say that because they take care of you like you’re part of the family. The lady of the house, ask you if you want breakfast… and if there’s something she can help you with. The room was nice and clean. Felt homey and relaxing. It’s hella close to the main entrance of Pamukkale. I had a great time there.

We love our stay in Hotel Pamukkale. The hotel is located near the Pamukkale Travertines and near so many establishment. Everything is within reach. The owner is also helpful. He got in touch with us the day before we check-in and gave us tips on how to go to the hotel and even help up avoid a possible scam. He also assisted us with getting taxi to South Gate of Pamukkale and to Denizli Train Station and with money exchange. Breakfast is also good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Swimming pool is cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a good time in Pamukkale because of our nice stay in the hotel.

Mr. Ezmer (hope got the spelling correct) the owner of the Hotel was professional and helpful. He provided us the necessary information that we can used to make our stay convenient such as places to see, transportation and what to avoid.  Our stay was comfortable, the ambience of the whole hotel was very homey. It didn't felt like a hotel but the owners home where guest are accommodated.  The room is spacious, with terrace and pool view; very relaxing and clean.  The location is convenient; I thinks it's the heart of Pamukkale. Closed to Hierapolis, Travertines, Park, restaurants, bus stop. We arrived early and Mr. Ezmer allowed us to check in early since there is an available room.

The pool was amazing! Looks exactly like the picture and it was 41°C/106°F during my stay so the pool was very essential. Also nice for meeting people at the pool as a solo traveler. Location was perfect, walking distance right to the travertines and to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with reliable Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. Very good value for money. Hotel helped me arrange an airport shuttle for 250 lira.

Best location! Right across the street from the entrance to the Pamukule slopes. Large room, Aircon, great family room setup with 3 singles and a double bed. The breakfast was fantastic! Hosts were so kind and helpful.
