Such a lovely tranquil getaway. The pool area is great and turns into a nice dinner area in the evening. We enjoyed the food, and all the staff was very helpful.

We arrived extremely early due to our plane landing in Colombo at 3AM. The staff was there to open the gates and we could benefit from an early check-in to recover from the flight before setting off to explore the area - thank you! Special mention to the breakfast which was really good!

Breakfast is just nice and delicious to eat. Staff is super friendly with a lot of helps provided. Not able to enjoy the pool due to busy travelling around the interesting places around the city.

The whole property feels like a rainforest! There are tons of trees and plants surrounding a gorgeous pool area with a pool-side bar. The rooms were very nice. We were almost the only people there, and the staff all went over and above to make sure we had a good time. The owner's dog Bruno welcomed us in and it was so sweet.

The staff at Sundaras were exceptional. So friendly and we’re happy to help with anything! They even sorted us with dinner when we arrived late. They organised tours for us and gave us advice on the local area. The breakfast was huge and kept us full all afternoon. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. We were there during low season so it was relatively quiet.

We were skeptical about the place when we arrived but it was actually a lovely resort with clean comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, kind enough to carry our heavy bags through many flights of stairs. Beautiful pool area.

Swimming pool is quite nice. They made nice cocktails. Full of greenery. Room looks nice. Big complex. Hotel is not in the interior. Also close to Dambulla caves. Staff is super polite

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. We mostly ate at the restaurant as we found it hard to find appealing options in town, and the food to our surprise was very decent. Nothing extraordinary, simple but tasty chicken curry. The activities were fun. Good value overall.

Perfect location near everything. Great staff. Siddu made sure our stay was super comfortable and was attentive to all our needs. After a busy touristy day, climbing Sigiriya Rock and Dambulla Cave, we came to the resort exhausted! Siddu made us a yummy ginger beer based cocktail 🍸 called Arrack Ginger. The bed was very comfortable. Internet was good.
