I recently stayed at Laguna Resort in Nusa Dua, and it has secured its place as my number one hotel choice. The staff's friendliness and homely vibes create a welcoming atmosphere, and their attention to detail is commendable. Though I visited five years ago, the recent innovations and facility upgrades were apparent. While the new furnishings are nice, I personally preferred the room design before the renovations. It's worth noting that the bath tub, once a standard feature, is now exclusive to premium rooms at a higher price. The breakfast options, a delightful mix of Chinese and Indonesian dishes with a dedicated eggs corner, cater to various preferences. The staff's proactive nature, offering additional dishes like fruit platters or smoothies, enhances the overall dining experience. Every staff member contributes to the positive atmosphere, and their friendliness and support make for a memorable stay.

The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond with service, had honeymoon decor out upon arrival that we didn’t even request, food at Arwana was absolutely amazing, breakfast has so many choices and everything was great, cocktails were great, absolutely everything was exceptional. The overall comfort of the stay was top notch. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable including making arrangements for my wife’s birthday during out stay. Rahadi’s above and beyond service at the Arwama restaurant was much appreciated, head chef - Baskara made our last evening memorable by specially cooking a dish as per our request. Pretty much, all of the staff was friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this place and would like to visit again in the future.
