We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would like to share our positive experience. The location proved to be a major highlight, with the city center, metro, bus station, and main tourist attractions all conveniently nearby. The hotel itself was clean and satisfactory, meeting our expectations. However, what pleasantly surprised us was the breakfast. It exceeded our expectations with its delightful variety and delicious options. The different choices offered made our mornings truly enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel, especially for its superb location and the delightful breakfast experience.

Just 984 feet from Munich Central Station, this hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet. Munich Airport is a direct S-Bahn train ride away. All rooms at the Hotel Präsident include large soundproofed windows, a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. A hairdryer is provided in the private bathroom. The internet can be used for free once, but all subsequent use is charged. Some of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning! Rooms facing the inner courtyard have fans and windows to open/ventilate. Rooms facing the main street have individually controlled air conditioning! Triple rooms and deluxe rooms do not have air conditioning! Packed lunches can be organized on request. After a long day, guests can relax in the small hotel bar. Hotel Präsident is a 5-minute walk from trams, underground trains and S-Bahn trains. There are direct services to the nearby Theresienwiese Oktoberfest venue and the Marienplatz Square.
