We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property info

Attention! Construction work near the building and noise during the day. The centrally located studio Derby 14 has been renovatede. The use of modern colours, interesting decorative elements mixed with wooden details gives the studio individuality. What a modern studio should not be without is, of course, a Smart TV. With us you have the possibility to use the TV as a voice assistant to get information about the weather, restaurants, etc. The very central location makes the studio perfect for skiing and hiking holidays. All services are at your disposal in the shortest distance.

Neighborhood info

There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired. The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter. Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
