The room is clean, fresh. The bathroom is also very clean. It's very cozy, it's quiet. It's what you need to rest after work.

It's a nice hotel in the city centre, far from the slopes, but if you're on a business trip, you can relax here.

Good day! I came to Kirovsk on a business trip from 25.02 to 2.03, stopped at the eco hotel, stayed in room 305. Outraged to the bottom of my heart by the situation that occurred on the last night of my arrival at the hotel. At 1.03 I went to bed, woke up at 2 o'clock at night from the fact that there was a strange man in my room, he came in and woke me up. To say that I was afraid - I said nothing. I arrived in shock. This man, absolutely unknown, opened my number with his card that I was shown. I was living alone, in a local administration. I was forced to notice this very different from the man from the room. He claimed that he lived in this room. But when I lived in this room, I could not say anything. When I had to leave his prescription, I could not do anything. So when I had to leave the other person in the room, I just had to leave him in the room.

Irresponsible staff

When I picked the hotel, I went to the internet, and I bought photos and reviews, and I didn't expect it to be so good when I got there, and the room was fresh, and the water was hot, and the cleaning was on time, and I'd like to thank the cook for breakfast, and the cafe in the hotel building, and I'd recommend a deer fire.

We decided to close the ski season for the May holidays.Excellent location for the mountains, local attractions, sales of shops, Stayed in cozy apartments with kitchenette, T-shirt, toaster.In the kitchen a full set of dishes and items to cook lunch, dinner.Furniture is new.Bed with nice, fresh underwear.Except a bathroom made of chalk, shower corner.Sanitary is new.A sufficient number of blankets, with dresses, one-off slippers.Every day a quarterly cleaning.Personnel is cheerful, welcoming and feedback.Dinner is served in a cozy restaurant.At the restaurant and in the restaurant, we have a pleasant lunch and a pleasant surprise!

Home cozy on the Wheel

We stayed in the hotel family apart room for a week in April while on our skiing holiday. Spacious room worked well for 6 of us (2 adults, 17,16,12 and 9 year old). Central location, helpful staff and excellent restaurant on the site. 
We would recommend this hotel.

Great family of 6 holiday pad

The hotel can accommodate leisure travellers without any educational costs. If those who want to go on vacation set their goal to create scandals and express permanent dissatisfaction to the staff - their hobbies - then these are not leisure travellers who should ruin both their lives and those of the staff.

very friendly service, good food, very fair price/performance ratio, completely renovated toilets. I can't say much about the hotel itself, but it looked good too.

They were there to eat.

We had a family room on the 3rd floor. What to say: beautiful! pleasant to the eye repairs and furniture, small but cozy rooms, well, and, unlike the similar price of the hotel across the road, the availability of a kitchen! You don't have to think about what to eat every time after a drink: in 50 meters 2 store, picked up and cooked. Of the news: 1) 2x confectionery tile, you could also put a standard 4x, inconvenient 2) No sink dryer, although it is asked - after my dishes do not place 3) No room for all the dishes (the cocktails are already in the kitchen) - when you had to leave them on the table, you would not have to sit in the bathroom.

It's a beautiful place.

The rooms are different, I lived in two. One is bigger, but with the repair not very and terrible bed, which had to complain and I was moved to another room, smaller and better. The second room was good, no complaints. Breakfast is the same, even a Swedish table, on weekdays at 8:00, and on weekends at 9:00!!!

We arrived in the hotel without reservation in the evening. After a short settlement and confusion the two polite ladies at the reception arranged us two suites which cost about 100 euros each. That was not very cheap compared to the price level of Kola hotels but the suites were nice and clean. There were both a bath tub and and shower "cabin".
The breakfast was served at the table. Not generous but basic.
The hotel is situated in the center of the city. The skills in English could be better in the hotel. There is not a restaurant in the hotel but a nice place to have dinner in the same block.
