Excellent location!
The room was clean and comfortable, a little old fashioned and the shower wasn't perfect. But great for the price!

The room was nice — nothing special, but nothing negative to highlight either. Breakfast was good, although it was very busy, and the two staff members in charge were clearly overwhelmed and stressed. The hotel might consider assigning more personnel to help during peak hours.

Hotel had very spacious and comfortable room, excellent facilities including sauna and pool, and their breakfast was very good. People working there are very friendly and are willing to go an extra mile to ensure guests are well taken care of. Location across from the freedom square was a big plus. I was able to explore the entire old town by foot. My kids previously stayed in this hotel and really enjoyed it as well.

Tallinn is a gem. History bums find great museums: Of the Occupation, History of Estonia, and the Maritime. Walking the cobblestone lanes is a free foot massage, also a challenge for your orientation senses even with an mobile app. The centre is packed with rows of eateries and shops, therefore busy and crowded. The hill is again the of attention for afficionadoes of medival and later history. One of the cutest old towns in Europe.

We loved it - while it is becoming rather touristy and expensive by Baltic States standards, it is a magical place with plenty to see, and is far less overcrowded than an equivalent city would be Southern Europe. Its culture is very interesting, and its cuisine unique (albeit with some crossover from other Baltic States) - we had some great food there, by searching out restaurants specialising in local cuisine.

Wonderful place to visit for a long weekend. Went on a trip to the Lahemaa national park, which I would thoroughly recommend. Tallinn itself has great restaurants and a host of things to see. Will definitely go back there.

Tallinn is a very beautiful city but has sold its soul to the gods of tourism. As someone from Edinburgh I know the script! It's difficult to be UNESCO listed and maintain a sense of vibrancy and that is its problem. Day trippers from large ocean liners will love it as they can max it out in one day. We felt the even in two days we were repeating experiences.
We were primarily looking for craft beer and were so lucky to have the Õllepood pothouse so near to our hotel. What a fabulous pub and so nice to meet local people. It was so much better than the cheesy German-themed pub we went to earlier. We also ventured outwith the old town to the Põhjala taproom which was also excellent. We struggled to find any other bars though to our taste.

The location of Cru Hotel in Tallinn is excellent. Easy to reach from the airport, central to the old town with access to everything for a short stay to explore the city and nearby surrounding areas. We were impressed with the breakfast, both quality and timing. The room was ideal for two of us using the hotel as a base to explore. We felt the hotel was very well looked after with excellent staff.
Nice small spa with all the necessary saunas/pools, great breakfast (impressed with actual pressed juices, the only thing missing is bacon). Large and comfortable beds. The rooms are not better than what you can get in Tallinn for twice cheaper, but I booked specifically this hotel because of spa and breakfast and was satisfied with price/quality.
The best place to stay in Tallinn. The hotel is in a great location, quiet neighborhood , 5 minutes walk to the Old Town, close to green areas and Tallinn Bay. Spacious, clean room, very comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, clean large bathroom. The breakfasts are really tasty and large selection of products. The hotel staff is helpful. I recommend.
Great Location in Old town Tallinn, nice staff and safe parking in back of hotel. 100% Recommended if you looking for good standard hotel and great location to explore Old Town in Tallinn also hotel staff was really helpful with ferry bookings in city harbour :) thank you
First time at the Hestia Europa Hotel Near the Tallinn harbor.
The hotel was clean and quiet. The basic standard room was spacious and comfortably furnished, the bathroom was old-fashioned with brown tiles.
Parking was possible downstairs in the hotel.
