“Laura” is located on the 2nd floor of a modern five-storey building at the entrance to Estosadok from rosa Khutor. The residential complex has a freight elevator. The building was built in 2013 and accommodates 29 apartments, most of which are rented for the needs of tourists.
Further information: Ski equipment rental is available on the 1st floor of the building. There is a convenience store just a minute’s walk away. Within a radius of a kilometer from the property there are ski resorts “Gazprom” and “Rosa-Khutor”.
From the window of the hotel you can see the gambling zone “Gorki-Gorod”, which includes:

Laura Airport is 37 km from Adler-Sochi Airport. You can get to the apartments on arrival by taxi, shuttle bus and rail. If necessary, the hostess of the facility can arrange a transfer for guests.
Ski lift “Carousel-1” is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment, the entrance to the complex “Gazprom” – in 10 minutes, the resort “Rosa Khutor” – in 15 minutes. An unforgettable view of Krasnaya Polyana and Estosadok opens from the cable car “Mountain Carousel”.
Spaciousness and silence
Apartment “Laura” is a modern apartment with 1 bedroom. Modern renovation, cleanliness and silence will allow guests to focus on rest, without being distracted by extraneous details. The walls of the hotel are made in soft and unobtrusive white and purple colors.
The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, wardrobe and flat-screen TV with several hundred satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi is included.
The living room is combined with the kitchen, which creates a feeling of spaciousness and visually increases the area of the room. In the living room there is a large corner sofa, on which 2 people can comfortably spend the night in an unfolded form. In total, “Laura” is designed for 4 guests, but on request, the hostess Catherine can install additional beds. The hotel’s living room has a second flat-screen TV.
Review Evgeny Petrovich, Samara: Rested in the “Laura” in the summer of 2019 I liked the apartments at the stage of booking, but because of the high demand, we waited a long time for free dates. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner Catherine, who not only handed over the keys, but also conducted a walking tour of the objects close to the hotel. Despite the presence of a busy road nearby, in the evening and at night the apartment was quiet. The silence regime here is from 22.00 to 08.00 and it was strictly observed. In the dining room and restaurants, prices are higher than in Moscow, but you can not count on an other in Krasnaya Polyana.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker. There are all the necessary utensils. After a day of skiing or walking around the picturesque surroundings, guests are pleased to sit at a large round table. There is tea, coffee, cutlery, household chemicals, seasonings, towels. Sockets and switches are located at the level of the belt, which is an additional plus when resting with children.
A distinctive feature of the bathroom is the presence of a full bath. If in most objects of Krasnaya Polyana there is only a shower, then there is a full-fledged zone for relaxation.
In the courtyard of the building there is a parking lot for 5 cars, closed by a barrier. The owner has the keys. If there are no parking spaces, customers can leave the vehicle at the nearby hotel for an additional fee.
Catering
Next to the house on Estonian Street, 119, in which the “Laura” is located, there is a dining room. As for restaurants, several food facilities can be found in the complex “Gorki-Gorod” and in the resort “Rosa-Khutor”. It’s nice to eat and spend time in places like:

Skiing and not only
Estosadok is a place where people come to go skiing in winter and to see natural attractions in summer. The view of the mountains from the window of the hotel “Laura” fascinates and beckons.
In the absence of equipment, an inventory rental point on the 1st floor of the building will come to the rescue. The hostess Ekaterina will talk about the features of the resorts “Gazprom” and “Rosa-Khutor”, describe in detail the specialization of the features of skiing on each of the slopes. Not far from the apartments there is a ski school, where beginners will be taught the basics of skiing. Slopes are available for skiers and snowboarders with any level of training. Children can safely and have fun tubing or sledding.
Elena Nikonovets: We have been fond of skiing for a long time. In the winter of 2020, we decided to fly from Moscow to the resort of Rosa Khutor. We jumped into the last car – a month after our trip to Russia, the coronavirus went. As for the apartments, they are a two-room apartment, where the recreation area is combined with the kitchen. Rested three (me, husband, daughter), so there was enough space. I always evaluate the cleanliness of such objects, but here in this regard everything is at a very high level. We didn’t go to restaurants – they cooked themselves. There is an oven, a refrigerator too. What else is needed for a comfortable stay. We had our own equipment, so the rental prices were not recognized.
The ski infrastructure meets the highest international standards. Local venues hosted the 2014 Olympic Games, which were remembered for their pomp and excellent organization.
The most versatile resort can be called Rosa Khutor. Ski passes are booked in advance via the Internet. The complex has several ski schools and rentals. The target audience is families and companies of vacationers. Children for the time of skiing can be given to children’s schools, where skiing is combined with entertainment.
GTZ Gazprom unites the Laura and Alpika zones. The resort is among the ten places for skiing in the world with the greatest elevation difference. There are trails for both beginners and extremals.
Gorod-Gorki is smaller in size than Rosa Khutor and Gazprom. There are only 27 kilometers of prepared routes, while in other complexes – about 100 km. In the “City-hill” there are green and blue trails, but novice skiers are recommended to pass them only accompanied by an instructor.
In the vicinity of Krasnaya Polyana, evening skiing is popular, when the flow of skiers decreases, and the slopes look especially picturesque. In the dark, only simple trails are available.
In the vicinity of Estosadka is popular not only skiing. Here come lovers of cycling and cross-country, hiking, fishing, horse riding.
Fans of skiing should choose a place to stay at the foot of the mountains. An excellent option will be apartments “Laura”, where the weather is not as changeable as at altitude.
With children and on business
Accommodation in “Laura” with children is not only possible, but also welcome. The main audience of the apartments is families who came to the mountain ranges in the vicinity of Sochi on vacation or on weekends. The hotel is great for spending free days with loved ones, visiting the surrounding health facilities, outdoor activities, business trips.
Importantly! The apartments are non-smoking. Pets can be accommodated in consultation with the owner. At the entrance, customers leave a deposit of 5000 rubles, which is returned after checking the safety of furniture upon departure. Check-in is from 15.00, and check-out time is 12.00. Payment is made only in cash. In addition, you will have to pay for cleaning the room, which is made after leaving the apartment.
