The nearest airport is Simferopol Airport, 110 km from the property. Transport links have been established between the two Crimean capitals. You can take a bus to the bus station of Yalta, then change to a taxi number 11, 35 and drive to the stop “Sanatorium “Russia”. Then walk a little. Previously, you could go to the territory of the sanatorium to walk in the park or sit in a restaurant. Now access to outsiders is prohibited.

If you go from Russia by private car, then after the Kerch bridge you need to take the direction in the direction of Yalta. The road runs along the coast. On the way you can stop in other cities, see the sights. The distance is more than 200 km.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There is an additional guest bathroom, safe, refrigerator, individual heating and air conditioning system.

“We lived in a standard room with my wife and two children. Everyone was accommodated without problems. The room is clean, the bed linen was made on both the bed and the sofa. Daily cleaning was provided. Equipment and plumbing are not cheap, from well-known manufacturers. The staff is friendly. When we lost the electronic key to the room, we were given a spare, without asking unnecessary questions and without moralizing. Loved the big balcony. It has a table and wicker chairs. Near the hotel is the Seaside Park, which has many restaurants and cafes. In the evenings, live music is played here. If you get bored with the cuisine and atmosphere of “Atlantis”, then you can join the general resort fun, booking a table in the most popular places of rest of the coastal zone:

  • restaurant-brewery “Fabrikant” (600 m from the hotel) – a pleasant atmosphere, craft beer, grilled dishes, there is a specialized menu for vegetarians;
  • bar-restaurant “Verdi” (800 m) – Mediterranean and European cuisine, excellent service, interesting menu;
  • Caucasian restaurant in the Royal Stables (1.1 km) – number 1 in Livadia for grilled cuisine and decoration. Prices are high, but they’re worth it.

Important! Lunches and dinners in the restaurant “Atlantis” are expensive in price. This is noted by many guests. There is only one grocery store near the hotel. It is located on the street Builders (you need to go around the hotel and go upstairs). Refrigerators are provided.

Leisure and entertainment

The main entertainment is the water park “Atlantis”. It offers 8 slides, 2 swimming pools and children’s water attractions. Next to the wave pool “Atlantic” there is a VIP area for rest and relaxation. Sun loungers are installed, service from the restaurant is available, and a spa salon is available.
