The 4-starMountain ResidenceAparthotel has been welcoming guests since 2014. The five-storey building is equipped with an elevator. On the nearest slopes of the krasnaya Polyana resort there are ski slopes with a total length of 106 km. They are served by 11 lifts. One of them – “Carousel-1” – is located 350 meters from the hotel complex. The apartments accept guests throughout the year. In winter, skiers come here, in summer – tourists who prefer hiking, walking in the mountains. In the off-season, people from all over our country rest and strengthen their health here. In the village of Esto Sadok there is always something to do. In addition to the infrastructure left after the 2014 Olympic Games, many unique facilities for sports and entertainment have been built and opened here.
Location and history
The aparthotel opened its doors in 2014. It was originally conceived as an alternative to the famous Alpine hotels. No wonder the resort Rosa Khutor is called Russian Switzerland. To meet the European level, the owners have arranged a real chalet at the foot of the mountain. Both exterior and interior looks like traditional Alpine buildings. The interior uses natural wood, stone and high-quality textiles. Ecological cleanliness of building and finishing materials once again emphasized the responsibility of the owners for the preservation of the surrounding nature and care for their guests.
The village of Esto Sadok is located at an altitude of 698 meters above sea level. From Adler airport you can get buses number 105 and 135 (stop Mountain carousel). The distance is 47 km. The trip will take 50 minutes. From the railway station of Sochi in Esto Sadok there is an electric train “Lastochka” (station “Rosa Khutor”). Timetables can be requested at reception when booking rooms. Bus route no. 105 passes through the railway station. The distance is 40 km, the travel time with all stops is just over an hour. The hotel administrator is ready to accept a private transfer order and arrange delivery/dispatch of guests to/from the apartment. The service is paid additionally. Cozy apartments with all amenities and equipped kitchens can accommodate 160 people at a time. A total of 65 rooms are offered. The interior of each of them is designed in the Alpine style. Muted colors, no unnecessary details, from the décor – picturesque installations and fresh mountain flowers in vases. Large windows offer views of the Caucasus Mountains. Unfortunately, not all rooms have balconies. Vacationers are offered the following types of rooms:
- Standard Apartment – very small room for a maximum of two people. A feature is the lack of a kitchen. There is a microwave, a kettle and the necessary set of dishes. This is an acceptable option for the most economical travelers.
- One-bedroom suite for two. Usually this option is ordered by couples or people who come on business trips for a long time. Almost one-room studio with kitchen, sleeping area and necessary furniture for relaxation. There is a desk and a chair.
- Two-room apartments – 4 main beds are prepared. There is a kitchen, a working area. The room is quite suitable for a family with two children or a friendly campaign.
- Family apartment is designed for 5 main beds. The room has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area with armchairs and a coffee table. This room category has balconies. In addition, they have two levels.
The price includes breakfast (you can refuse), a visit to the thermal center with a swimming pool, the use of guest parking, bed linen, soap accessories, wi-fi. Children up to 7 years old stay free of charge without providing a separate bed and breakfast. Pets can only be brought by prior arrangement. Although the administration does not welcome a holiday with pets on site. Smoking is not allowed, even on balconies. Nearby, in The Moon Lane, there is a restaurant “Imperial”. A large hall, European cuisine, the presence of a children’s room and a children’s menu attract guests from all over the resort. Choihon “Aviators” is located at the beginning of Estonian Street (10). It serves Uzbek, Central Asian and Maghreb cuisines. For the preparation of national dishes, not only an open fire, a Tyndyr oven are used, but also products that are brought from Tashkent. Always available a large assortment of green tea and delicious cakes.

Leisure and entertainment
Mountain apart-hotel is designed for recreation of tourists who love active leisure. It is not by chance that it is built 350 meters from the ski lift. “Carousel-1” will lift vacationers to the tracks and entertainment facilities of the sports and tourist complex “Mountain Carousel”. These are 36 tracks of different levels of difficulty, including 4 zones for freeriding. These are 4 sectors (Central, Eastern, Circus-2 and Circus-3) of skiing for skiers of different ages and levels of training. From après-ski entertainment here are available Tübing, Husky Farm, Rope Park (open only in summer).
A little further away, one and a half kilometers away there are three cable cars of the sports and tourist complex GAZprom. These are lifts A, A1 and Ski lift GANZprom. The complex includes two zones – the biathlon stadium “Laura” and the ski slope of Alpika. Laura is suitable for both skiers and cross-country skiers. The trails are located at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level. Alpika is located on Mount Aigba. The height of the zone is over 2000 meters. Alpine meadows bloom here in summer, and in winter the most enthusiastic people with skiing gather.

Ski passes can be purchased at reception. Here is an appointment for a transfer to the longest suspension bridge in the world – “Skybridge”. Skypark has other entertainment that adults and children will enjoy. Skypark is a place of amazing high-altitude adventures. In addition to the bridge, there is a rope park, Zipline, Megatron, high-rise bungees, climbing wall, Via Ferrata, swing. The bus departs from the apartment as the group is formed.
At 09.00, a free ski bus leaves from the hotel to all the ski lifts of the resort. Thus, guests of the apartments can visit each slope of Krasnaya Polyana and get acquainted with the infrastructure of the resort.
